In my view, education is an operation between two elements which are parents and school. Effective learning requires elements of collaboration. Teachers are dealing with people who need a lot of organizing, directing and knowledge of modern teaching methods. Education basics are providing a system that helps the child to avoid obstacles and mess. The good teacher who can build a link between home and school. A good teacher can teach any child no matter of grades level, ability, and performance (Johan & Harlan, 2014). Learning English in the UAE context has a significant role. Enabling the English language in learning improves a wide range of communication skills for students. Thus, reading, writing, speaking, and listening are the main components in any language are for accessing the world widely. It is very important since it a powerful language across the world that provides sufficient opportunities for getting jobs (Dorsey, 2018). Applying effective learning strategies is one of my fundamental goals where teachers gather between discipline and freedom to encourage the students to free expression with the following rules. A teacher must look at what's new in education, to renewal her culture, methods, and capacity to produce all that is new and useful. The teacher is supposed to select students' abilities over developing their skills and performance to suit their needs and possibilities. The teacher's job is not a regular job. It has a lot of effects on the student and his future life. The teacher's job starts when she makes positive changes in student academic performance (Wegner, Minnaert, & Strehlke, 2013). I believe that our generations are the real wealth that will develop the UAE to become the first among the countries locally and globally.
