In this section, I will be discussing my beliefs that I hold regarding teaching, learning, and life in school. It discuss my role as a teacher, how learning should be conducted, and the things that motivate me. Moreover, what things that should be prioritized in education in the UAE.

Education is an effective learning and teaching operation that consists of two main elements which are the student and the teacher. Education contributes to design a system that includes ideas, strategies, discipline behavior, effective tools, and curricula that produce a generation full of rich knowledge.
Effective learning happens when students are linking their new knowledge with the previous ones. The teacher should ensure that students are constructing knowledge and experiences through scaffolding strategies. Where the learning is student-centered, and the teacher is only a learning facilitator. Effective learning is not just about connections between old and new ideas. It sometimes describes the progression from the concrete to the abstract. As teachers, we need to understand how a student develops and how he behaves (Setiawan & Koimah, 2019). According to Piaget theory cognitive development indicates that child moves into four stages of cognitive development. Each stage requires a different set of support and strategies in dealing. Understanding the stage of the child and based on that teacher can act appropriately with each status (Huitt & Hummel, 2003).
The teacher should have an effective role in teaching. The good teacher works to meet the needs of the student by motivation and developing her role as a teacher, not only by delivering the information in the student's mind. The effective teacher who teach any student no matter of age, level, and performance. In my view, I believe that the basis of the educational process success is classroom management. When there is more control and discipline the more effective and productive performance will be achieved. Furthermore, many students do not know how to control their behavior in class and this thing is considered reasonable (Xhemajli, 2016). At this point, we see the responsibility of the teacher to create effective classroom management that controls the child and his behaviors. effective classroom managers who control the behavior prior to the problem occurs. For instance, a teacher should apply a range of rules and strategies to monitor students' behavior. Moreover, dealing with the whole class, large group and small group needs to be at a different pace. As we notice in primary classes there is a variety of students with different learning styles and comprehensions. A classroom manager needs to consider these differences among the students and apply different prevention (Brophy, 1983). Besides classroom management, a positive learning environment will encourage students to interact and learn effectively. It has a huge impact on remediating most of the challenges in the primary classrooms. The teacher should implement active supervision and techniques that decrease disruptive behavior. The appropriate behavior is the main focus in the positive classroom. When the teachers are establishing rules, consequences, and supports, they are providing a great circumference for education and learning (Banks, 2014).
The teacher should be a great role model for the students. Teachers should show commitment to their job. The teacher should encourage the students by setting high expectations for their performance and progress. Students should feel comfortable and safe so the teacher should deal with them flexibly. Tutor's motivation is something significant because it has an impact on increasing students' motivation. Schools and ministry should attract teachers by providing professional development workshops and training programs. As a future teacher, I need to renew my skills and implement more efficient strategies and techniques. Motivated teachers will inspire the children and increase their productivity in learning. The classroom environment will be more positive and active which will lead to discipline (Rosati, 2017). The development of education in the UAE country is the most priority in their vision. The ministry is keen on building an educational system that gathers interactive activities and discovery which promotes innovation and creativity. Moreover, the curriculum is designed to meet the needs of the work field and markets (Quality Education in the UAE, 2019). The teacher's job is not an ordinary job. It has a lot of effort on the student and his future life. The teacher's job starts when she makes positive changes in student academic performance and the way he thinks. Teaching is not just preparing a lesson and delivering information (Wegner, Minnaert, & Strehlke, 2013). The true teaching happens when the teachers make changes in the student's behavior and comprehension.
Effective education requires collaboration between students and teachers. Teachers are dealing with people who need organizing, directing, and knowledge of modern teaching methods. Education basics are providing a system that helps the child to avoid obstacles and mess.
